The floors were sticky , and a pungent odor of decaying beverages and filthy restrooms permeated the entire pub. Reeking of a mixture of urine , putrefaction and sickness . The bar area , which should be the centerpiece of any pub, was overflowing with soiled cups and debris that looked like it had been ignored for a long time . Many customers have reported observing cockroaches darting across the counter and proof of vermin in the adjoining rooms.
